Somatic Movement in the tradition of Thomas Hanna is a gentle, concentrated way of relearning better movement patterns, calm down the nervous system, increase mobility and fluidity in movement and it feels good to do!

What you need for this class:
a quiet space
enough space to lie down on the floor (on a mat or blanket if needed)
about 1h of time and head space to fully concentrate on small movements
Disclaimer:
The movements are within the normal range of motion - you only move as far as is comfortable, do not push through pain or discomfort (your brain learns better when its pleasurable to do so).
It is not a replacement for medical treatment. The sole purpose of the class is to regain better body awareness and mobility through movement.
If you experience any discomfort, dizziness, etc please stop and rest.
Use common sense; if you feel you cannot sustain concentration, take a break.
